Shipping policy
NOTE: During COVID-19, orders will be shipped on Wednesdays.
If you would like items shipped before then, please select UPS for your shipping. They will pick up the package the following business day.
Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 5-8 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Apex Dermatology is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Overnight and 2-day Shipping
For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
DOT restricted
DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.
Freight Forwarders
Apex Dermatology doesn't ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
Pre-Order
If an item(s) in your order is out of stock, you will have the opportunity to purchase the same item(s) as a pre-order. The pre-order portion of the purchase will be fulfilled as soon as the item comes back into stock and we will send you an email notification once the item has shipped. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (office@apex-dermatology.com).

Orders placed on office holidays will be filled on the following business day. Apex Dermatology observes the following holidays:
